NORTH CYPRUS AREA

 

The island occupies approximately 3,572 square miles with 486 miles of coastline.  Northern Cyprus covers 36% of the total island.  There are also two sovereign British bases in the southern part of the island.  It is the third largest Island in the Mediterranean after Sicily and Sardinia.
